There are a few other areas on the map in or near the bullitt county border that remain undeveloped that may be good for infill and multifamily to support the ups world hub and surrounding businesses.

With all the desert surrounding Las Vegas, one would think there is an abundant amount of land to bury dead bodies or build new homes.

Hello, Interested in the meet up groups I heard on multiple BP podcasts. Curious as to which one is closest to my city of Rancho Cucamonga, CA. Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

What I am trying to achieve from this forum:1) Surround myself with more like minded people in and around the Charlotte area.2) Meet people that have experience in the Charlotte market and have been successful. 3) Find private investors that want to pull money together and do deals with.4) Learn as much as I can.

Is there anyone on here that has been investing in the Charlotte and the surrounding areas for the past 10 years that have been doing really well?

You can of course improve this general rule of thumb by:1) putting more money down to lower your monthly payment2) buying down your rate to lower your monthly payment3) get a cheaper insurance quote to lower your monthly payment4) use a different product with a lower rate for a lower monthly payment like a 5/1 ARM FHA5) if you're in a historic district you can apply for property tax exemptions which lower property tax and thereby lower your monthly payment like in Orange, Ca they have a Mills Act which reduces the property tax to about 1/10th of the surrounding properties.

The location is surrounded by places such as Champion Spring Village, Colony Creek Village, Cedar Creek Forest Mobile Home, and not too far away from Lone Star College University park. 

We are open to looking in surrounding areas although a short commute is very important to us!
