Friend of mine today said his housekeeper called and said her car got repossessed and had all of the cleaning supplies in it. 

I've heard of mentees who started cleaning up construction areas on a flip at the end of each work day or picking up supplies at Home Depot and delivering them to the job site.

If you can find a 'prefinished slab' company, you should be able to get a regular size kitchen done in granite/quartz for <$2000.IMHO, it is worth it and can justify a rent increase.

I have been happy with them as all of the forms are State specific and they update them regularly with any law changes that are specific to that state?   

I understand how it all works but when you go to refinance (regular refi no cash out) will the underwriter see that the current mortgage on the property is from an LLC that is owned by the borrower?

I have been on with them twice on the regular podcast, and now they are talking about me behind my back?
