Looking at online real estate licensing courses, anything out there with continued education options that does a good job of covering creative financing?

The one you can scale.I know successful business owners in the fitness industry, tanning salons, real estate, window coverings, maintenance, billboard, ATMs, etc.Generally, I would be skeptical of jumping into a business based on YouTube videos hosted by and featuring people that are likely primarily trying to sell you their respective courses.Small businesses can indeed be great investments, but they are hard.  

This is very well worded, and I believe covers most new investors' concerns and questions. 

So, even without investing in an expensive system of batteries at home you can cover your bases and get MULTIPLE types of uses out of the battery systems you do buy.

One more I can add is the note investor who thought that holding the note gave him the right to determine how the subject property was managed, with approval of tenants, leases, and maintenance contracts.

Loss of income is another coverage that you will probably want to cover any period of time you can’t rent out the apartment due to a covered loss.
