As to the other stuff, I can't help.  

So I've found the CSR's will constantly say stuff that wouldn't require a reply to try and get the chat to time out so they don't have to tell me they either can't figure out the issue or can't do anything about it, hoping if I time out of the chat (there's no way to pick it up, no way to have them email you a transcript, etc) that I'll just give up. 

They take care of all the web stuff and I direct inquires and previous guest to my link.

They know we will have more business for them, and we always pay when the bill arrives by hand.Brochure process- you can google Self Storage and pull up a brochure for a location for sale. 

Because we want to enable people with debts to still be able to buy stuff. 

Consider arriving early if the auction allows potential buyers to walk through the home first.

These programs even the gurus say consult with your attorney, make sure there are no Loophole's, stuff in fine print, what gets people, you know stuff you need a magnifying glass to see lol.
