Can anyone recommend a great, user-friendly pitchbook software or application to create presentations for Real Estate Investors?

As a property management company, is there any app or software you use to have employees submit receipts or property expenses?

With that, more receipts than I can keep up with paying and ensuring everything goes against the right GL and hasn’t been missed.Does anyone know of any software or app out there I can use for my maintenance crews to submit their invoices/receipts that will automate this more for us?

With high end cell phones now the quality rivals some higher quality cameras.Maybe they use a photog to use software to touch up and make better what the broker/agent took.

Hello Everyone, What type of multi family software does everyone use to manage multi families effectively.

Is that all custom coded or did you use a software? 

Not including your standard overhead costs like software and systems etc.

Just wondering whether people typically use Quickbooks (or other accounting software) just to track rental property income & expenses, or the whole shebang such as:- Down payment/closing costs- Assets - the property itself, plus other fixed assets- Liability - the mortgage- Depreciation- Equity

Used td's software and TurboTax free software.
