Even though it was probably the tenant that did the damage after he vacated the premeisis the insurance adjuster gave me the benefit of the doubt that it could have been vandals or teens getting into mischief.

Townhomes don't have garages or full size pools and most are 3-4 bedrooms so theming out a couple rooms can be risky because you can't go towards just young kids or teens as you might alienate people that find minions or princesses unappealing.
