Identify your essential "needs" and desired "wants."

While not a big deal in the grand scheme of things, it does create delays and more items that I have to keep track of, that aren't actually productive.I understand a repeat customer may get priority treatment, it's when a desire to keep that customer happy by overlooking existing problems that come up later, occur.

Properties that are in the B class or higher on the west side of Cleveland are more desirable, I would say. 

If the mortgage on the condo costs you $2750 and you can get half that from a roommate, you guys have the ability to stay somewhere you actually desire, and you're only footing half the bill but getting all the benefits.

You will pay for property management or rent collection some other way that probably is less desirable. 

If you desire to walk into someone's office nearby, that's understandable, but most things related to accounting can be accomplished the same way remotely with video call and email correspondence.We use a secure portal for all of our business and sensitive documentation.
