At my initial brokerage, it was 2 training sessions a day, subsidized marketing, CRM + Phone and desk all included, access to the lead broker anytime you needed and he'd join on any meetings you set early in your career to help land listings.

The TREIA North subgroup has been having sessions specifically about working with contractors.  

Day 2 - surface level teaching are given on the basic concepts of marketing, analyzing deals, negotiating, estimating rehab cost, etc.. here you start to get a feeling like you are finally moving in the right direction, but still it leaves you with many more questions.Day 3 - recap of the prior days teaching a deeper Q&A session takes place.

There seems to be one for almost every night of the week including COIN, COREE, Dealmaker Sessions, Newbie REI Meetup, Nestrs, etc.

With schools in session and Labor Day past us, the rental market slows down.
