Of course, if there are screams of help during such activity, a call to local enforcement will have them investigating the situation asap. 

It probably has about $15k in work to do over the next two years.Any advice (run screaming/jump all over it) or ideas, are appreciated.  

To me, that mod just screams "Class C" house...no matter what neighborhood it's in.Enough of these mods in a Class B neighborhood might actually make it a Class C neighborhood in my opinion.Maybe it's ok, maybe it's not best--you will have to make the call.

If no one else then screams out a % bid, you get it for 100%.

What I've learned is that there is no secret, no magic list, and any real 'guru' would've made enough money with their guru-powers that they wouldn't need to repackage already available information, stick a bow on it and scream at you when all you wanted to do was watch that funny cat video on YouTube.There are a few shortcuts and some insider info, but that doesnt amount to anything more than networking and letting those relationships build over time.

There is no excuse for a tenant not to seek assistance, apply for jobs (the market is screaming for workers), and file for unemployment.

More working-class will be living in the hinterlands or living 3 families to a flat trying to make ends meet and more people will be screaming for politicians to do something, which will inevitably be the wrong thing because it's not the kind of problem you can solve without actually doing something (i.e. building more housing).
