As I feel they had some legal obligation not to sell the property or remove the forged satifaction since the notary did tell them it was fraud prior to sale.

Just my 2 cents, BBB rating only means the firm paid $600 to get the good rating, so why is BBB any less of a scam.

At present, most MLS services have removed the BAC section and now it is presumed (but not required) that seller's offer buyer's broker commission (typically 2-2.5%).

I own properties in a number of states and have hired and worked with a number of property mgmt firms and these guys hands down are the worst.
