Your belief does not match the historical reality. 

Contrary to the belief of many prospective tenants who have been sold a fake “ESA certificate” by the many sites online selling them, an ESA is not the same as a Service Animal, and doesn’t have the same protections under the Fair Housing Act.

,We have/had a few gripes with the home, but again, I will stress, we've lived her five years and have a sentimental connection to the house, so I maintain my belief that modular homes are a decent investment.

My belief is it is always best to invest near where you are.

My personal belief is that August and September are the months where we will see the real impact of the economy shutting down.

We’re both now debt free (thanks Dave Ramsey) and now we’re looking toward financial independence and retiring early (shoutout to ChooseFI which my wife listens to religiously).I’m starting to learn how to invest in real estate.

I'm of the belief that more and more tech employees are going to keep working from home so location isn't very important.  

I'd much rather see people do a small number of deals from time to time than sit out because "it's a bad time to invest in real estate" or "I don't have the time" or any of the other limiting beliefs we've all heard time and time again. 

What's often thought of as impossible becomes possible through belief and action.
