I like the Arkansas/Missouri area, but part of that is because I'm familiar with them.Are you in a position where you could request orders to become a recruiter in a metro area in the Midwest?

MLM or direct sales or whatever you want to call it- it's still the same which is a recruit everyone you know structure. 

Also, please pay consideration as to how you recruited them on to your team.

Drawback here is you'd have to pay a percent to the buyer's agent, but just team up with another EXP agent in your area or recruit an agent to EXP with you as their sponsor, and you'll still get money from their side.3) Be the buyer - you can still be on the contract w/ assignment rights like a regular wholesale deal, but you just can't be the listing agent also.

My experience is that it's far better to find a group of 3 wanting to move in together than to recruit 3 separate individuals.

@John Lyszczyk, Once you have the labels printed (Avery 5160  3-up, 30 per page), recruit a kid from the neighborhood (or your own child) and have them do it. 

To date I have never promoted or recruited any investors for a syndication and I haven't received a single cent for referring anyone.

When Monster.com came out (and tons of other online job boards) it was going to "kill recruiting agencies" and "kill recruiters". 

The problem is no one can tell you where to connect or recruit team members.
