I would search for a property that has a low interest rate Fha or VA loan.

Also with the more normal interest rates, the financing deals from 10 years ago don't exist anymore.

The rating systems for short-term rentals has lost all validity.

I'm sure current interest rates are higher than what you have locked in, and properties in an LLC are subject to higher rates.

Basic stuff like LTV, NOI, cap rate, etc...There are a few report types missing and you can't split expenses yet.
