I am NOT interested in owning any more real estate (retired here man) so I had planned on just paying my 15% long term Capital Gains tax rate and moving on to my "safe money" retirement program of MYGA's / CD's and High yield Savings account / Bonds / some Stocks.

In today's society, we have too many coaches and mentorship programs run by salespeople, not operators.

You do still need to get it inspected through the Rental Housing Inspection Program, but that's pretty easy.

I could be wrong but that seems a bit high for this program.  

Currently only 335k left on the loan but the property at the time of refinancing appraised for about 550k.Are there any options for them to utilize equity maybe or some type of loan program that would put a lien on the property to get the issue fixed?
