Google is more targeted in my opinion because if you are comparing apples to apples Google and Facebooks targeting methods It is clear Google is just better.Facebook targeting works by tracking what you like and post on its platform, what other sites you browse as long as you remain logged in on that device, and essentially will create a profile of you so that advertisers can target you based on your interests (scary I know).

I'll assume that you have assets, since a down payment would be required, so a small bank might base their loan on your personal profile, assets included.

Your profile indicates you are not a newbie (your unit count is very close to my unit number) so you may have the experience to invest OOS successfully but I question if you have the capital for this investment and if you have run the numbers to realize how much you will be initially supplementing this investment.Good luck

@Michael Pitsos I'm assuming your home is where you've put in your profile and according to the  VA Loan Limits for BARTOW COUNTY, GA for a one unit home (SFR) is $453,100 and $580,150 for a two-unit so depending on how much you bought your primary home for you'll need to subtract that from the max limit and the remainder should still be available to utilize.
