The main issues I found as I was used to being hands on are that it takes a while to work owner payments through their system so we don't get paid until the 12th or so (and don't know if any rents are late until then usually), and it's very frustrating when they send a repairman out to fix an appliance for $100, then next month send you another bill for $125 for the same appliance, different problem, as it's getting older and common sense would tell them to call and ask if I just want it replaced instead, but it's under the limit so they don't call to ask.

I found out it was wrong, and at the time I challenged her on the date but you know she was a CPA :/, recently because I put in the correct date when I was doing my taxes (also a turbo tax and HR block user) I discovered it.I had to amend my taxes to correct the problem as I had already filed for last year.

With a cash-out refi, you'll get a big check up front, and then start paying interest on the whole amount right from the start—not a problem as long as you have a use for the money.

If you changed industries, I can see that as a problem, but if you still remained in the same field, I'm not sure why there'd be a problem as you already have 2+ years of sales experience in that field.
