As a preliminary response, I’d say that I do not seek money as an end in itself.

Hi everyone - I am an economist and artificial intelligence expert and I have started building a tool to help me find places to invest in.I have a SUPER preliminary version of this tools and would LOVE your feedback. 

I would also consider calling a title company to get a preliminary title report to make sure he's the sole owner of the home and that there are no liens against the home.

I would talk to the seller about doing some update geo-tech testing on the site/hire a preliminary architect to layout some lots on the property to give a potential buyer a look at what the development may look like. 

Pretty basic preliminary questions and hope to get educated!

You could do a free preliminary check on income and employment, contact current and prior landlords, online court checks, Facebook snooping, etc.

Working that right now so I can't say if this is successful or not, but my preliminary analysis is that it will be.Right now 100% of my wife's income and rental income go to more investments.

I already have a builder and got a preliminary cost sheet.
