I would say yes because it ultimately effects the borrowers DTI which raises or lowers their purchasing power 

Rarely will they say a bunch of cash, it usually is something else like more freedom etc

Unfortunately, the reality has been a cascade of disappointments, with the primary offender being the shockingly inadequate battery life.The promise of efficient power management proved hollow, as all 28 locks consistently suffered from rapid battery drain.

Here's the rub: the property does not have power in all areas, and some spots are out of Wi-Fi range.

So I understand correctly you want to take a piece of land and develop it with mhp infrastructure (water, power, sewer and roads) then build tiny homes to sell to tenants who will then pay you lot space rent for the home. 

I'm looking to get financial and time freedom and make a better life for me and my family with generational wealth.

It is hard to find a broker who allows you that freedom but they are out there.
