And, true, there is money to be made in real estate regardless of the economy, look at the 80's or at the past balloon popping, it's how you play the game under the rules.....and that always changes. :)  

I don't want to play the numbers and make a fool of myself, so I was wondering how you guys would handle this :)

literally millions have done this.. some its fine other with disaster results.as long as you buy quality assets you mitigate risk.. you buy ghetto type properties and end up walking away you just put leverage on your personal resi and lost the moneysame as borrowing on your home to play the stock market.. if you buy blue chips probably OK you try to use the funds to day trade and get wiped out .. not so goodmyself personally I keep personal resi as non touchable..  

If they want to play the game they can make it last for a full 90 days before you need to get the sheriff to remove their possessions.

I suppose if we had to we could play the fax or electronic file game but getting it done sooner before they leave is preferred.Thanks BP you guys have been awesome help thus far I just hope I can give it back one day.

Right now I am here to learn what I can about real estate investments, as much as possible, while I play the patience game to build up my bank account enough to put a down payment on some type of rental property.  

Personally, I do NOT play the assignment game because I believe many sellers are misled as to intent AND value.

This is the safe, boring play, the I hate debt and cash is king play.
