Just started teaching in charter schools throughout Detroit and I've realized that if I want to continue my current lifestyle or being able to jump on a plane at a moments notice, I may need to start making some passive income. 

It's also use as a loophole for flying with your pet, next time you see an idiot with an uncaged animal on a plane, this is why.

I am trying to read as much books as I can before getting into this industry but since I am planing to invest in a foreign market other than the US I feel like some of the information that I am reading can only be related to the US market. 

After two days, a Monday and Tuesday, if calling my unit, 28 phone calls, I had not received a reply on my voice mails or emails, so on Tuesday I bought a plane ticket and flew to austin.

Yes, I would have loved to go on the hike, but my plane ticket wouldn't allow it.

I see plane tickets in my future.
