I don't see the commission posted as it used to be on Redfin/Zillow. 

They always make sure to have line(s) of credit to get them through challenging periods.

Purchase price: $295,000 Cash invested: $50,000 Single fam home, desirable neighborhood.

What is your price point and how much rehab are you comfortable with (as a % of purchase price)?

I was able to figure out that they had come upon some hard times and were significantly low on cash.

Purchase price: $45,000 Sale price: $175,000 I lived here for a few years then when I was married it became a rental.
