Would likely have to have a larger plot to account for growth vice a vertically- scaled arrangement (I'm thinking like condominium-style where the real estate is multi-story).

Their videos, webinars and web content have been a huge help in presenting what the concept of shared ownership looks like in real life.  

Small multi are great investments but typically you will not have a home run out of the gate.  

It is very seasonal but does very well in Summer and there are a lot of STR friendly towns.I have considered it however my current goal focuses more on a multi season rental and I am also more familiar with the non beach towns.
