Besides, in most cases a well crafted liability policy followed by a umbrella policy will protect you more then that shell of an LLC. 

Get a smart tenant rep who can craft a lease that protects your upside. for instance, you give an option to sell at the stated price or market value, less $50,000, which ever is higher.Great tenant, bad terms.

I didn't dig into them because they are outside of my current focus list, but perhaps I will come back to them.Normally I keep meticulous records of where I got my data from but I think I saved over the page that showed the source for household income and home cost.

Especially if you like craft beer, fishing on the Great Lakes, ArtPrize, or if you’re in the Medical, Automotive or furniture industries!!

There is a very active restaurant/foodie scene, especially craft breweries (not sure how many people they employ).

Be dedicated to learning your craft.
