Guys share  any of your last creative deals  how did you find the lead?

Im not sure if I do enough to call it active but it's my only gig right now since I retired .No involvement , I go check on the property in Colorado on occasion to check it out the condition.

If you have a lot of equity or if you bought the property when your credit score wasn't great (leading to a high interest rate), then it might make sense. 

Overall condition is pretty good new appliances in the kitchen just a very dated 1990s look.

You will probably hear from my husband, John as he's taking the lead in speaking with lenders.

If so how many deals were closed by the leads provided by the list?

I am finding some that are below 200k that are not that bad in condition.

I originally invested in properties here because I live in the province, but the difficulties of managing properties under the current regulatory and economic framework have led me to plan for selling my properties within the next few years, once market conditions stabilize.
