I've submitted an inquiry twice and both times the response came that it's tenant's responsibility to maintain the yard and thus trim all trees on the property.I would never think to try putting trimming big trees on my tenants for a number of common sense reasons, but this landlord is of a different opinion.

Hard to prove on something the seller can't even physical see without a special test.Courts generally hold that "buyers have a right to their own inquiry".

I have a page of a credit report (name/ssn/etc blacked out) with nine different credit inquiries from nine different mortgage lenders who all said "no," that we were able to close and at a very competitive interest rate to boot, that I show people to highlight this.

The only thing that will possibly affect it is the number of inquiries, since each time you finance, you'll get 1 or 2 added to your credit profile.
