I am sure there are some cool "We watch Ice Floe's" groups to watch the floe in front of my house, but I am thinking they are far and few between.Right now we get fully booked for the summer with no PM.

The Village at Sunriver has breweries, restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream, gift shops, a kids fun zone, sports equipment rentals, etc. 

I am looking to either open a ice cream shop or convenience store.

Can anyone recommend a product that melts ice/snow without damaging concrete?

These guys have not paid anything since we purchased and apparently didn't pay much to the previous owner.All that and the icing on the cake??

It was clear that a hockey stick was an effect, we had a sense of urgency to take advantage of an offer as soon as we could afford one.

I'm really happy with having made that switch for a LOT of really good icing on the cake reasons that I didn't necessarily anticipate.
