The exposure on your rental is far lower than that of your rental, but if you were able to back into how the ins co's underwriter is arriving at your rate, you'd probably see that 100k of coverage for the dwelling on a rental is much more expensive than 100k of coverage for a owner occupied residence.

If the new tenants are scheduled to move in already I would insist the boat be gone before they arrive.

I called the police who arrived around 20 min later and filled out a report, but they expressed concern that the vandals may return and try to enter the units which contain tools and new finishes.

What I particularly love about having properties in Boise is that residents by and large love to be here, and many have arrived here strictly for a lifestyle choice.

Just my opinion, check with chancery clerk or tax office and ask how much was owed for that year and you will have that answer, then add normal state mandated interest to arrive upon your figure, all public record!
