The rental rehab budget would be around 20k.The cosmetic issues aren't horrible, but the layout's weird: Only 2 brs upstairs (one very small), the "3rd" is in the basement, along w/ the 2nd bath.

After reviewing the ratings most of the horrible comments are from tenants and not landlords but I want to confirm with other current landlords that bad is bad.

At the time, my credit was horrible due to a business bankruptcy a few years prior, we had no money, we were in debt up to our eyeballs paying off debts from the business failure and we wanted a better life for ourselves where we would never have to worry again about money.
