Diverting gutters and correct slope around the foundation have helped me remedy water intrusion on 95% of my properties.I think with your background in Lawn Maintenance that these would be good additions to your business.

Window shown in the third picture is the window on the right side of the house above the garage.Any suggestions on what I should be looking for to remedy and how much it might cost me?

But he doesn't specialize anything in the interior.I need some advice on remediating the interior, specifically removing all affected drywall and replacing the drywall, on the walls and ceiling. 

When it comes to mold remediation if you want to be safe don't do it yourself.

To lose it would be that you paid the $75K and opened up the attic to find Mold had taken up residence there and it was going to be $25K to remediate it ON TOP of the $30K renovations, only to find out that you could sell it for $105K.I don't think you should be discouraged by this, but maybe your business model needs some flexibility. 

We have waived remedies , waived home warranties , offered money ( She has alot of funds saved but lower credit ) and nothing works.
