Do I need to shop around for pre-approval?
2 March 2016 | 13 replies
If you go elsewhere and get denied, then the pre-approvial letter is worthless, misleading and can be considered fraud, as you've failed to get the financing that was available to you.You might try then to go back and use that bank, but likely would need to ASK for an extension in the closing, which I am not bound to grant.Do this to me with this result and I would KEEP your earnest money deposit. So what the Heck, do it right on the first pass and celebrate at COE !!!
