@Anthony Gayden I wouldn't say Pyramid scheme, however I do see predatory practices daily, Guru's, and some of the bad property sellers ripping off the uneducated population on a regular basis.

@Mary BygarI work with @David Ribardo who is a real estate agent in the Lehigh Valley County.He is a real estate investor himself so he may be able to give you an insight that other agents may not be able to do.He has me set up for a daily email that gives me updates to the MLS(new listings + price changes).

I’m in the middle of a slow BRRRR with it now and have 4 out of 7 suites rented consisting of 3 hair salons and 1 mortgage broker.Each suite rents for $300 a month.I purchased the building for 24k with no money down at a local bank.ARV should be around 85k which will give me a nice down payment on the next purchase after the refinance.I said all of that to say this, every market is different, it’s possible...

On the RVs you’ll want to know how long those people have been there, do they pay annually or do they only stay for the 3-4mo “season”, if seasonal do they pay a premium versus the annual, are sites open for short term stays (daily/weekly), how are the surrounding RV parks occupancy...The longer the term the easier to manage, less of a business.

Jack Young Vacant properties driving for dollars, how to market?

I can’t see them needing this house when the building is finished and I can’t see them rehabbing it for sale either.The second I think is a rental but has been vacant for at least a little while, there hasn’t been any work, cleaning, or showings that I can see and I drive by it almost daily.
