It's zoned right now as agriculture.   6 miles from a FTZ that has two 100k sf spec buildings that house food manufacturers.   

I would say it comes down to what is in your lease.My lease says they are responsible for the remainder of their lease or until I have it rerented.My lease also says if they have pest problems during the first 30 days I will take care of it, beyond that they are responsible because I can't control how clean they keep their place and leaving out food attacks critters.Will their deposit cover the last month and is their any damage or is it mainly just a cleaning issue?

Like asking a doctor "what happens to food after I swallow it?"
