I'm in project management myself and I  work with out of state and foreign investors everyday and would be happy to pass along my best wholesale contacts if you'd like them.  

You better ask President Trump on that, you may be hit with a tax for foreign corporation doing business in the U.S.A. -  I don't know what the trade laws are between the U.S. and Canada, but figured i throw that in, do find this interesting though and something to learn about.
