Let’s not forget they are simply a broker between home owners and renters with excellent technology to facilitate that. 

Thank you Governor Scott, for facilitating this regulatory change that has unnecessarily held back our economy for decades.

Are you trying to facilitate that for them?

At this point, I am fine losing a little bit on deals, as long as I facilitate my learning so I can scale faster over time. 

I left California in 2005, my fear is that the CA residents that voted in those legislators will invade my purple state and  facilitate the same here.

You might be able to be creative and say you are only "facilitating", but it will be nearly impossible to avoid when you have a web site showing properties available for sale for a price.You run massive liability risk scoring your clients.

My business partners and I are looking to facilitate a syndication deal.

Do you think the Sellers agent will represent your or just facilitate the transaction? 

If someone chooses not to use us while a tenant is in place, we opt to stop handling the Property mgmt at that time, since other agents cause a lot of extra work for us asking for showings, updates, repairs, etc which we would need to help facilitate.
