I am echoing what is already said but in short: I would emphasize an ability to generate specific leads in mass for any market or location.

As a newbie, I think BP has gone to great efforts to emphasize the risks, the pitfalls, and the fact that REI is no get rich quick scheme. 

@Patsy Waldron One point that bears emphasizing.

I do want to emphasize that investors that are still managed by MACK have options and I would like to help navigate the transition out and make it as painless as possible by providing real time info.

Anyway, that's the only thing I can say that you may not already be emphasizing.

Erik Dwyer I'll piggyback off the other comments and emphasize that without making the offer, you'll never know!

It think it is important for the construction overall to emphasized the need of "good looking concrete" (sometimes needed) vs "don't overwork it, it will be just fine".  

Because I have made the mistakes myself and have seen others do the same, I try to emphasize them for the newer people.
