For me, I can do that stuff but hate to spend my time on it because it's just not the best use of my time.Sites like Investor Carrot have a focus on 2 important things: (1) the business of real estate investing and (2) ease of use for the non-technical user.

The truck is great for quick hauls when you didn't plan on it, but the trailer wins hands down on ease of load, unload, weight capacity and the ability to leave it behind.
