I have an iPhone and I put them right in a "Receipts" folder in iCloud since iCloud Drive is a standard share destination in all apps. 

Last month, I retired from 24 years of active duty service in the Air Force and now I'm looking to start purchasing some rental properties between Destin and Pensacola.

That's what I would consider a bullying/gorilla tactic.Invariably, a Starbucks in a college food court/student union or strip mall location is invariably an anchor, or at least a destination business.Well, I guess they do it "''cause they can."

This sounds like a destination/vacation condo, and I assume you will be taking some of the prime rental time to enjoy yourself. 

Not sure what comes out of all of this, but I'm destined to learn something!  

In addition, check the STR regulations, tourism data (most tourist destinations will have a department of tourism you can contact, or check the tourist numbers for the major attractions in the area if you can’t get ahold of true tourism numbers).Check the hotel presence.

Will this property be an easy to drive to destination for short term rentals?

All my Smokies properties are much more heavily booked on Airbnb than VRBO, while my Destin one gets quite a bit more traffic from VRBO.
