I presume you are buying as you need and then those units are being delivered and then installed, as needed when needed... the supply chain would be most important for me.

Hypothetical situation - If a seller signs an original offer (no counters) and the next day, before the buyer has delivered their deposit, they found another property and said they didn't want to proceed, can they just walk away and the seller has no reasonable recourse?

If a tenant in Michigan didn't shovel snow for the season and the oil company refused to deliver because the snow was 4 feet high, so they ran out and there is no heat, is that now the landlords fault?
