UPDATE: I asked PriceLabs help about this, and they can do some work on their end to tailor a comparables set for the customer, so I am pursuing that.

I also paid like 5k to have it all custom built out for our specific use. 

I'm going to talk to customer support with both companies again, but thought I'd check on any thoughts from those who might have had personal experience with either company or changing programs in general.

I could pay a regular marketing firm to build a site, but since so many STR owners have this need, I have to imagine there's an off the shelf option rather than having a custom site built.

Even deleting the Builder left me 30% higher than I expected on this small, custom home. 

I'm hanging in there and building a strong relationship to build my rental portfolio and care for my customers. 

I recently came across Saskatoon Cabinets and was impressed by their kitchen cabinet renovations and they do custom cabinets as well.

The way I would structure the contract with you is that upon sale if a certain higher price is obtained (highlighting your hard work), then you would get a bigger share of the pie. 

The card company will reverse that charge because the tenant is their customer.  3rd party payment processors don't have the regulations placed n them for investigation, etc that banks do. 

The reason for that is because each door will need to be custom made.
