Seems all the major players (federal agencies) are there, Department of Education, Agriculture, Treasury, SEC, Federal Trade Commission, HUD, Comptroller of Currency, FDIC, and more, playing in concert with the new orchestra director, the CFPB! 

I'm not too worried about being sued in my other side gigs, just some crypto mining with a workforce of computers crunching numbers.

I don’t put any money in stocks or crypto.

I began my real estate journey two years ago when - as a Finance and Accounting student - I realized that real estate holds more economic opportunity than any investment vehicle I was being taught in school - namely stocks, ETFs, commodities, mutual funds, bonds, currencies, 401(k), IRAs, etc.

World war and a currency crisis.

Especially, here in the Bay where tech is such a huge proponate, all of them look a stocks / crypto and try or feel they are experts in those investing platforms.

Not to mention the US dollar is the main form of currency giving a strong buying power for those in possession of the Euro and Pound.
