No loan officer is influencing me on how to commit loan fraud I did say that they did in fact inform me that I'd need to hold employment in the state.

I just received the information on the tenant from the listing agent/property manager. 

We tell them to sign in with their personal account information and all is good.

There is a tremendous amount of bad information being spread here, so be careful who you're taking advice from.  1. 

If you put any information on social media you are practicing real estate without a license.
