Hey All, I have a friend who needs help with rehabbing a property in Curtis Park Historic District in Denver.

and in my experience they'd rather leave a property vacant than sell for less than what their neighbor got. 

I was going to ask if you considered renting the property until the market picked back up.

You then get the property rented Mar 1.

I could see this fit into several categories of 'real property trades or businesses.'

Is this property in TN?

Hi Gina,After managing hundreds of properties and working with investors for over 20 years, I can definitely appreciate your background and the systems you’ve built—especially having three contractor teams ready to go.

These areas have more affordable properties compared to Boston and are showing signs of growth, especially with infrastructure and job opportunities increasing.

Are you looking to "house hack", which is living in the property (or 1 of the units) for at least a year and then moving out and renting the unit?
