I know of no body who has successfully made a business of note wholesaling.

Property was owned by a hoarder (shockingly enough the property doesn't smell bad and is in good condition...just needs a deep clean).

Then inspect if they fail to file for eviction. if you didn’t smell cigarette smoke either they are vaping inside (just as bad for property damage), or if you smoke you wouldn’t be able to smell it sadly.

Real estate agents are not required to join this organisation it is voluntary - agents are not permitted to describe themselves as Realtors if they are not a member of NAR - it is a violation to do so and would fall under mis-representation which is a serious offence.Notwithstanding membership of a professional body the behaviours described are illegal at least they are in FL.
