So I don't know what you alternatively expect them to do, I assure every shareholder expects and demands this of them and if you were a shareholder I bet you would to. 

Personally, I'm betting my own money on it, looking for investments now that our inventory has creeped up to about 4 months supply, which is still pretty low compared to most markets.

@Jaime Felber If you have a lot of long-term tenants and the homes are pretty old, many park owners I know usually negotiate a fair price in exchange for just selling the home and receiving lot rent.
