We have two other tenants (a bakery and sports bar) who the previous owner prohibited from having tables and chairs out for customers.  

Go to the bouncers of a bar/club you know, ask them to help you do a side job...

I think wholesaling would be a great way for me to enter the real estate scene; a subject I'd love to become involved and invested in.Ive read that having a real estate license can be an advantage in wholesaling, as it gives you access to the MLS with the ability to comp properties.

Very tricky.What might be easier is over 62 independent living with ramps, grab bars, etc.
