Do they have a background in their offering?

There's very good reasons you have to be licesensed and pass a criminal background check to get a license.

We would just get comfortable and loving our job and then a merger would happen or some knucklehead at the top with no real lending background would come up with some "great idea" and shake things up.

We market the home, handle the showings, application, credit and background checks, verify income etc and then submit to the owner for approval.  

The main issues I see in Portsmouth is to thoroughly do your tenant background checks as I see a lot of people kicking doors when trying to rent.
