@Kenny Dahill as you scale you get more annoying issues that pop up.

If you are switching to a different lender each time, I'm sure it get's annoying having to submit everything again and again. 

I'm very busy during the day (full time corporate job) and had to take time away from work just to run this annoying errand. 

But he’s not that responsive - it gets annoying when I can’t get a hold of him.The other agent is extremely responsive at all hours of the day, but he’s suuuper ethical to the point that he won’t answer my questions such as “what do you think of this neighborhood vs that neighborhood?”

Why is it that when I call the listing agents they always seem annoyed and don't want to 1.Answer the phone 2.

@David StumpfI use to teach a fair housing class, so it usually annoys me when people confuse the ADA with the FHA.

Another thing that's really annoying with Zillow is they seem to have a problem with properties not bought and sold via MLS.With MLS sold properties they seem to be able to carry most of the information correctly.But with private sale they do not have info on them and if you claim it as your property and edit the details, features, uploaded photos, in about a month or so this information will be erased automatically. 

It’s so annoying that they don’t ask you about it beforehand. 

The most annoying part is they keep telling me that its fine, its normal, experienced investors don't do this, you are asking stupid questions etc.. my gut feeling us that they are lying.

Disclosures can be annoying.
