I saw several highly rated apps on iPhone for such functions, such as docsign, adobe fill & sign.

The idea that you can manage everything with an iPhone and a few apps is silly.  

Somebody is putting that up hoping that the next microchip factory, i-phone, tesla battery, etc will come in and occupy it.  

What always worked for me was either doing things I really liked doing to make money or just scour the internet to find unique ways to make money.For instance, several years ago I used to purchase broken iPhones and then turnaround and would sell them broken to people on eBay who fixed them to resell on their own.

Anyone can go to the App Store on their phone, scan their finger (or face on the newer iPhones), (or manually enter the password you created when you were 15 and made an Apple ID on your iPod Touch) and download Redfin or Zillow.
