Something to actually be used to educate and entertain? 

Not only will most sellers require that your financing/proof of funds be in order first before entertaining any sort of offer, but you also want to know how much home you can afford based on your income.

You'll want to check the local city to know what you are up against- ours has a rule that no more than 3 unrelated adults can live together.  

They're adults and need to handle it as such instead of tattling on each other.I don't even respond when they text me about this and I DEFINITELY don't respond/answer the phone when they contact me after 7PM to tell me about silly things.

I've been discouraged dozens of times, but NEVER entertained the idea of giving up.  

I would verify with employer if possible but this may just be for entertainment value as this couldn't be verified until after he lost his job or moved out. 

The podcasts have been thoroughly informative and entertaining while driving to and from work. 

Again I already know how much this will cost as I live on this street and I have 3 adults in my household and 1 child. 

Now, I guess the forum chatter can continue for entertainment purposes, just don't get any ideas, please!
