Why don't you ask your agent what websites they are advertising on and look at the ad to see if you find it accurate and appealing.Your agent should also be giving you periodic feedback on inquiries, showings and applications.

It lays out a system and process for creating a scope of work that can then be used to get bit to figure out actual renovation costs.Even if the price ranges aren't going to be accurate for you, if you are looking for a process estimating, I think you'll find the book very valuable.

Its best to get in contact with a lender go through the pre approval process to get a more accurate rate based on your specific scenario.

Anything you see online can give you an idea, but it can never be 100% accurate.
